Need ample photo with size or 2D/3D design; cavity quantity; runner type, cold or hot; mould steel type; injection machine parameter or plate size(tie rod distance).
With our CAD systems we can accept following files: STP, IGS, STEP, DWG, UG files, etc.
It all depends on the molds size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 30 to 60 days. Of the Plastic Mouldings are very simple and not big size, we can work out within 25 days.
We are specialized in high quality products, We have QC to inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit our factory or ask a third party for inspection, Or we can send you videos to show the production process.
